As part of my work with ExpressPRO, a business consultancy specializing in UAE company formations, I played a key role in enhancing their digital presence through website management, content creation, and social media strategy. My responsibilities spanned across multiple channels and touchpoints to ensure the brand’s message was consistent, engaging, and informative for potential clients seeking to establish their businesses in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Content Strategy: Met regularly with the ExpressPRO team to understand client needs and business goals. From these meetings, I developed targeted content strategies that aligned with their services, values, and client expectations. This involved identifying key business segments, crafting messages that resonated with different audiences, and positioning the company as a trusted advisor in business setup.
- Website Revisions & Optimization: Managed website content updates and revisions to keep the site current and user-friendly. This included working on both design and functionality, ensuring the website was optimized for SEO and seamless user experience. I oversaw the content flow and made revisions that improved site navigation and engagement metrics.
- Content Creation & Blog Management: Authored and curated blog posts that educated prospective clients about the UAE’s business environment, including free zones, mainland businesses, and other related services.
